We have got a widest range of industrial valves, transformer components under one roof. Our years we are developing and supplying customized products to our valued OEM clients. As a part of expansion and to cater the needs of its existing clients we have started fabrication activity. An induction melting unit for castings good quality as well as standard and special alloys in various grades has also been started.

At F.S. Engineers we undertakes castings in various grades for our own requirements. We produces castings to national and international standards in grades as stated below. By tying up with other foundries, it has produced castings up to 2500 kilograms single piece in SG Iron also Cu. Alloy castings like Tin Bronze, Lead Bronze, Al. Bronze Ni-Al Bronze, Brass, High Tensile brass, Manganese Bronze, Silicone bronze as per IS or International standards in sand castings up to 100 kilograms by weight. Grey iron castings to IS and relevant international standards up to 3000 kilograms single piece, low alloy steel castings to various national and international standards up to single pc. 7000 kilograms, Stainless steel and other special purpose alloys to various national and international standards in size up to 7000 kilograms.
All above grade of castings can be supplied in as cast conditions or duly proof machined or fully machined as per the requirements of the customers.
